The meaning of \u201chealth is wealth\u201d is prioritizing your health over monetary gain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I break down health into two categories which are physical and mental. In this post, I will focus on physical health. As a food lover, I will share the importance of what we eat and how it plays a major role in our overall health. By the end of this post, you will be motivated to try some of our healthy recipes which may have you reflect and think about updating your kitchen<\/strong><\/a>. \ud83d\ude0a View your health as a long-term investment that will pay off if you take action now. After this post, you may take it a step further and add a level of physical fitness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health Is Wealth <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your life is priceless, and you should start taking control of it now! There isn\u2019t any amount of money that is worth your well-being. I would argue that if you make an investment in your health now, you may avoid financial costs and minimize the visits to your doctor. As you read along, you\u2019ll view my tips which will motivate you to empower yourself to improve.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pursuit of Wealth <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Success to me is living a long healthy and fruitful life. The pursuit of wealth consists of an essential skill everyone should possess, which is cooking. I stand on the statement that everyone should be required to learn how to cook<\/strong><\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before we dive into why you should cook your own food, let me say it starts with reliable cookware<\/strong><\/a>. A popular cooking tool you should start with is a reliable cast iron skillet<\/strong><\/a>. Our skillets are easy to maintain<\/strong><\/a>, long lasting, and not to mention it is chemically free compared to other types of cookware. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have your cooking tools, you can begin to prepare your healthy recipes. The Kulture<\/strong><\/a> is the go-to for all of my recipes. Cooking will improve your life so make an honest effort to try some of our recipes. I would recommend our Nigerian Meat Pie<\/strong><\/a> and Curry Lamb Chops<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In your pursuit of wealth, please do not overwhelm yourself because this will cause you to burn out. Start by taking baby steps and you\u2019ll be surprised how your habit will compound. For you to be truly successful, this will first have to be a mental shift. Reprogram your mind to take care of yourself first. You cannot make an impact on this world if you have bad health. The secret to empowering yourself to improve is consistency and discipline. Remember, health is wealth, and this is an ongoing journey. You can always improve! \ud83d\udcaa\ud83c\udfff <\/p>\n\n\n\n
